· Corrugated Flexible Hose 304
This hose is manufactured from 304 stainless steel, with a fully corrugated flexible structure inside. The built-in stainless steel corrugated layer gives it outstanding flexibility, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. It can bear both positive pressure and a certain degree of negative pressure, and works stably for steam, hot water, gas and weak corrosive fluid transmission. It is widely matched with pipelines for heating equipment, chemical small pipelines, mechanical equipment fluid connections. Ordinary rubber or plastic hoses cannot replace it in high-temperature or anti-rust working conditions; it will not crack, deform or rust under long-term high-temperature environments.
· Teflon Hose (PTFE Hose)
Teflon hose takes polytetrafluoroethylene as the inner core material, with excellent chemical inertness. It resists almost all acids, alkalis, organic solvents and oils, and performs well from ultra-low to high temperature. It features non-stick surface, low fluid resistance, and stable performance for food-grade, chemical corrosive medium transfer. It can’t be substituted by PVC or ordinary rubber hoses when conveying strong corrosive liquids; regular hoses will be eroded and damaged quickly, while PTFE keeps intact long-term. It’s common in chemical factories, food processing, pharmaceutical fluid delivery and high-purity liquid pipelines.
· Composite Hose
Composite hose is a multi-layer composite structure composed of polymer films, fiber reinforcement layers and external protective layers. It is lightweight, super flexible, and has great resistance to chemical solvents, fuel oils and industrial chemicals. It balances pressure resistance and corrosion resistance, specially designed for safe transfer of dangerous liquids, chemical raw materials, gasoline and industrial solvents. Unlike single-layer rubber or PVC hoses, multi-layer composite structure prevents leakage and swelling when contacting complex chemical media, widely used in chemical transportation, tank truck loading & unloading, solvent transfer stations.
· Air Hose
Air hose is exclusively designed for positive-pressure compressed air delivery. It adopts elastic rubber or reinforced PVC structure, lightweight, wear-resistant and good bending resistance. It has no negative-pressure collapse-resistant structure, only fit for air supply scenarios like pneumatic tools, construction air compressors, workshop air pipelines. It cannot convey oil, chemicals or work under vacuum suction; it will deform and shrink if used for negative pressure, leading to air flow cut-off. Its core strengths are low cost, stable air pressure delivery and easy field layout.
· Suction Hose
This hose integrates a built-in rigid spiral reinforcement skeleton (steel wire or hard plastic spiral ring). The spiral structure supports the pipe wall to avoid being flattened under negative vacuum pressure. It fits pump inlet pipelines, sewage suction, river mud dredging, grain & powder vacuum conveying and other suction working conditions. If you replace it with ordinary water/air hose, negative pressure will squash the tube, sharply reduce flow or completely block material suction. It can handle both suction and low-pressure discharge of solid-liquid mixed medium.
· PVC Suction Hose
PVC suction hose is a cost-effective vacuum hose made of transparent PVC material with embedded rigid plastic spiral. It features visible medium flow, light weight and low cost, suitable for low-demand suction work: water suction, dust extraction, light granular material transfer, garden water pumping. It has two obvious limitations: it turns hard and brittle near 0°C and easy to crack in cold weather; it is incompatible with oil & aromatic solvents, swelling and deforming once touching oil products. It is the first choice for mild, low-budget suction environments without high temperature and chemical corrosion requirements.
